With more than 600 properties powered by our solar PV systems, SunWorks is building further into solving energy challenges for homeowners and leading the way as Jersey’s alternative energy provider.
We’re at the forefront of technology that helps homeowners become more self-sufficient, environmentally conscious, and achieve long-term savings. Our reputation is built on three principles: quality matters, we are obsessed with customer experience, and trusted. In a local construction environment often full of broken promises and uncertainty, SunWorks stands out as a true partner. That’s why major organisations including Jersey Electricity, Andium Homes, and the Channel Islands Co-operative choose us for value and expertise.
Meet our fantastic team — proud to be Jersey’s Leading Energy and Rooftop Specialists:

An Exciting Time for Growth
Demand for high-quality solar, battery storage, EV charging, and smart energy solutions is surging — both in homes and businesses across the island. We’re growing fast to meet it.
We’re currently investing in our operations with a new warehouse refit funded through the Government of Jersey’s Better Business Grant. This upgrade has created a new job with our Warehouse & Logistics Coordinator boosting efficiency and capacity.
To keep pace with this momentum and maintain our high standards, we’re now recruiting two key hires to support our design & delivery teams. If you’re passionate about renewables and want to join a thriving, forward-thinking company at just the right moment — 2026 could be your year.
Electrician (Technician)
Are you an electrician who is used to working independently but now wants more support and a new direction? Or perhaps a technician or engineer from a related specialist trade looking for a fresh challenge in energy solutions? Key Responsibilities

- Perform proactive maintenance and servicing of solar PV systems (residential & commercial)

- Must have a genuine interest in equipment set-up and technical detail, always looking for the best result

- Assist with property surveys for solar PV, battery storage, EV charging and smart controls
- Engage with homeowners to understand their needs and assess suitable solutions
